Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.

Returns

We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached.

At this time, we do not process exchanges. To ensure the item you want is available, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original item if it meets our return policy requirements.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

To start your return, please visit our website and tap the person icon in the top right corner of the page. This will take you to your account. From there, enter your email and order number to locate your order and submit your return request.

Once submitted, we’ll review it and provide the next steps.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale — Bodysuits

To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity, bodysuits are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
